Roots of this restaurant lies in the culinary skills that my father imbibed in him while he lived in Amritsar, Punjab, India. Making people of Amritsar happy through food is quite challenging as they are considered to be connoisseur of food. May be his life is exactly what I wanted to replicate, which gave birth to my journey of being a chef. Initial 15 years of my passion helped me to serve as a chef in Indian Navy, followed by next 5 years in Merchant Navy. It is truly said that the only advantage we have in our life is the element of surprise. This I witnessed through landing on the soil of The United States of America which gave me the opportunity to showcase my skills so as to serve the diversity inhabiting in this country. Here, I began with working in Café India Milwaukee for about initial 2 years and later on in Indian Village Milwaukee for about a year.
With loads of love that people of this country bestowed upon me, I gained confidence to start my own venture, Antique Indian Delights Restaurant Bar & Grills. With a very warm heart, me and my entire team welcome you to our restaurant and have here the best time of your life with good food and never ending talks.
